When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically stores access logs containing the following technical data:

Our registration form is hosted externally by Google Forms (Google LLC, USA). When you submit the form, your data (name, photos, and contact details) is transmitted to and processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy. We use the submitted data solely to evaluate your application for Miss Unique of the World. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers within the European Union. Our hosting provider processes connection data solely for the purpose of providing the service and maintaining security, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with our hosting provider.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics tools. No personal data is stored in your browser by this website.

6. External Links

Our website contains links to external platforms including Instagram and Google Maps. These links are clearly identifiable as external. When you follow them, the respective platform's own privacy policy applies. We have no influence over the data collected by third-party services and accept no responsibility for them.
